Coalitie voor Inlcusie
In the summer of 2026, I worked with Coalitie voor Inclusie – the Duth interest group promoting the UN CRPD on a response on the European Disability Card.
My contribution was dedicated to addressing the importance of inclusive language, defining the card as accommodation instead of favoring the disability community.
Stichting Het Gehandicapte Kind
Since January 2026 I started the project: From knowledge driven to experience centered advocacy.
This foundation representing children, adolescence, and young people with disabilities. The foundation aims to develop itself to become a stronger representation of the disability community. I am consulting them how to reach this goal, researching an analyzing current policies and culture.
Book: Disability Inclusion = Shared Responsibility
On December 3rd 2025, I published Disability Inclusion = Shared Responsibility my book on Disability Models and my approach towards accessibility and disability inclusion in finance and corporate.
Ervaring Spreekt
Since October 2026 I have been working with speakers agency Ervaring Sreekt. This is a speakers agency for experienced speakers on a variety of social topics. My contribution: keynote speaker, and consultant supporting the growth of the speakers agency.

Project: The first Dutch anti-discrimination standard
In the period of February 2025 till October 2025 I contributed to the development of the first Dutch Anti-discrimination Standard. This Standard aims to support organizations in the elimination of discrimination in all forms, including persons with disabilities. Our scope included direct, indirect, implicit, unintended and systemic forms of discrimination in organisations for both customers and employees.
