Welcome
I am Bianca Prins, founder and owner of CV Works since 2008, former Global Head of Accessibility at ING Bank from 2015 till July 2025. Over my 10 years in the corporate world, I have become an internationally respected, peer-recognized, accessibility professional, specializing in accessibility policy development, disability inclusion, and strategic impactful translation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) into business practices.
Is Accessibility a threat or opportunity?
Many organizations react in a reflex to the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA). While the EAA might seem like a threat, embracing true accessibility at the core of your business impacts your customers positively. The impact grows significantly when equitable employment practices are included in your policy.
The UN CRPD provides an excellent foundation for enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, taking responsibility for their well-being, and, most importantly, building long-lasting relationships with your customers and employees that extend beyond the disability community.
I am ready to support your policy development and provide impactful consultancy for the necessary accompanying awareness, training, and strategic trajectories to ensure an effective roll-out. Feel free to connect and explore your business opportunities!
