Bianca Prins

After a decade in corporate banking, I am excited to pursue new opportunities outside ING, leveraging my expertise as an internationally certified and peer-recognized accessibility expert. My specialties span UN CRPD driven; EAA compliance, policy development, and strategic awareness approaches.  As result of this expertise, I am also involved in the innovative field of disability-responsible AI development, as Advisory Board member of the Equitable AI Allinace.

Depending on who introduces me, I am often described as a trailblazer or an accessibility rockstar. My ability to drive impactful corporate change is well-documented, particularly during my journey at ING Bank. As the first Global Head of Accessibility, I pioneered ING's Global Consolidated Mandatory Instructions (policy) for Accessibility, launched in 2025, and crafted the inaugural strategy (2022-2025). My mission was to ensure accessible financial services and workplaces, aligning with the UN CRPD principles by actively involving persons with disabilities in decision-making, policy, and strategy development.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply committed to extend my impact for the development of the accessibility and disability community.

As member of IAAP I feel the responsibility to maintain my Certified Profession Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) with research, publications, and conference participation varying from keynote to panel.

As Advisory Board member of the Equitable AI Alliance, I champion disability-inclusive and accessible AI development. Drawing from my research on the relationship between the AI Act and the Equitable AI Alliance (EAA) as part of policy development at ING Bank.
