Welcome
I am Bianca Prins, founder and owner of CV Works since 2008, former Global Head of Accessibility at ING Bank from 2015 till July 2025. Over my 10 years in the corporate world, I have become an internationally respected, peer-recognized, accessibility professional. A specialist in accessibility policy development, disability inclusion, and strategic impactful translation in banking and corporate business practices. Directly affiliated with the ethical obligations of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) into business practices.
As supporter of the progress over perfection approach towards accessibility. I found accessibility is not about perfection and checkboxes. Accessibility is about continues progress towards a disability inclusive business strategy; keeping up with innovation and what customers and employees need to perform best!
Is Accessibility a threat or opportunity?
Instead of viewing the European Accessibility Act (EAA) as threat. I focus on embracing true accessibility at the core of your business strategy, impacting your customers positively. Research proofs, business impact grows significantly when equitable access of services, products, communications, and employment practices are included in your policies.
The UN CRPD provides an excellent foundation for enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, taking responsibility for their well-being, and, most importantly, building long-lasting relationships with your customers and employees that extend beyond the disability community. This approach is what I call, ethical accessibility compliance.
I am ready to support your policy development and provide ethical based, impactful consultancy for the necessary accompanying awareness, training, and strategic trajectories to ensure an effective roll-out. Feel free to connect and explore your business opportunities!
